Merchant offers may change from time to time without notice. Please do not share your membership card, as it is non-transferable. Please do not present an expired membership card to participating merchants, as it will not be honored. You must have your membership card in your possession and present it in person to the merchant to receive your discount.
TIPPING: Tips for restaurant service should equal 15% to 20% of the total check before the applicable discount. Please remember that restaurant employees depend on service tips for a large portion of their income.
OTHER DISCOUNT OFFERS: membership may not be used in combination with other discounts, sales, promotions or coupons offered by the merchant. Food combo offers (combo meals) may be excluded by the merchant. There are no discounts on alcoholic beverages unless stated by the merchant.
NON-LIABILITY: KWB Entertainment INC. and its agents or employees will not be responsible if any merchant breaches its contract KWB Entertainment INC. reserves the right to eliminate participating businesses based on their performance and compliance with the merchant agreement. KWB Entertainment INC. shall have no liability to any member as a seller of any products or services, including any liability for those goods and services provided by participating businesses. KWB Entertainment INC. stipulates that you (the member) enter participating businesses at your own risk. KWB Entertainment INC. assumes no liability for bodily injury or property damage from any accident, mishap, miscommunication or mistake on the part of any participating business. KWB Entertainment INC. liability in all circumstances to a member is limited to the amount paid for the membership. KWB Entertainment INC. or its agents shall be held harmless for errors or omissions on the website.
AVAILABILITY OF DISCOUNTS: Discounts for goods and services are subject to their availability by the participating businesses. If goods or services are not available to the member, KWB Entertainment INC. is not responsible for any refund due to the member.
